As Client Relations Manager, Kathleen provides the organizational and administrative support needed to promote a seamless office operation. She is committed to customer service, and excels at anticipating, responding to, and exceeding client needs and expectations.

Kathleen has an employment background that spans over thirty years of customer service experience, including Flight Attendant for a major U.S. airline, Administrative Assistant, Event Coordinator, and Nonprofit Fund Raising.

Kathleen is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee where she attended the University of Tennessee majoring in Communications. She lives in Raleigh and enjoys entertaining at home, lake life/boating, the beach, and traveling with her son, boyfriend, family, and friends.
